Residential Construction Project Manager (High-End)

M&S Development LLC is looking for a highly organized and driven Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee a dynamic portfolio of high-end residential remodels, additions, and ground-up builds. Responsibilities
- Oversee 5–10 residential projects simultaneously, ensuring they’re completed on time, on budget, and up to high-quality standards
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and internal staff including framers, roofers, siders, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, painters, and more
- Proactively schedule and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Maintain accurate and timely daily logs for each active project
- Order and coordinate delivery of materials such as framing lumber, siding, roofing, doors, windows, insulation, and trim
- Respond quickly to project delays or issues and make timely on-site decisions
- Ensure jobsite cleanliness, safety, and compliance at all times
Requirements
- Must reside within 30 miles of Mansfield, MA
- Minimum 5 years of residential project management experience
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and construction drawings
- Hands-on construction experience strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High responsiveness to emails and texts
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to learn and use BuilderTrend project management software (time clock, daily logs, to-dos, change orders)
- Construction Supervisor License is required
- Bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish a plus

Pay
$105,000 – $150,000 annually (base salary plus performance-based bonus)
Schedule
Full-Time – Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
