Construction Project Manager — Ground Floor Opportunity
Growing commercial design-build contractor in the Greater Chicagoland area.
About us
We're not a 500-person firm with layers of bureaucracy and a 3-year wait for your first promotion. We're a fast-moving commercial design-build contractor with a proven track record, a growing portfolio, and the ambition to match. We're at the stage where the right people shape the company — not the other way around.
Why join us?
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
- 401(k) with company contribution
- A tight-knit, accountable team that does meaningful work
- Real growth opportunity in a firm with an established reputation and an expanding portfolio
About the role
You'll have real influence. Our processes, culture, and growth strategy are still being written — you'll help write them. No red tape. Decisions get made fast. Good ideas get heard. Direct access to leadership. You won't be presenting to a committee — you'll be in the room. A firm people trust. We've built a reputation on craftsmanship, honest communication, and follow-through. You'll have something real to sell.
We're bringing on a Project Manager who wants more than a job title. You'll run commercial projects end-to-end across retail, office, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors — and you'll do it with real autonomy. As we grow, the people who perform grow with us. Leadership tracks, expanded responsibility, and equity in your own success are all on the table for the right person.
