Project Manager - Ground Up Construction
Description
The Project Manager will be responsible forPlan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to establish project goals and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise during the construction phase.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to relevant parties.
Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.

Pay
Competitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $160,000 per year.
