Project Manager (Ground Up Construction)

About the role

We are a leading Midwest contractor specializing in ground‑up and interior build‑outs for education, healthcare, office spaces, and more. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our commercial construction projects, with a focus on fast‑tracked growth and industry‑leading compensation.

Compensation

Salary range: $95,000 – $155,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations and procedures.
• Experience in healthcare, commercial, education, multi‑family, and office construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
