About the role
United Health Services (UHS) is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead facility construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects across our healthcare system. This is a hands-on role focused on managing projects within active healthcare environments, requiring a strong on-site presence to oversee construction activities, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects across UHS locations.
- Maintain a regular on-site presence to monitor construction progress, conduct walkthroughs, address issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage all phases of projects, including planning, design, budgeting, construction, and occupancy.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.

- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure construction activities comply with safety regulations, building codes, healthcare requirements, and UHS standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and budget impacts.
Qualifications
- Minimum Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Four (4) Years of Project Management experience
- Preferred:
- Five (5) years of healthcare experience
- Three (3) years Construction and/or Facilities Management experience
- Project Management Certification (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
