Construction Execution & Field Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day field operations for a large-scale multifamily project from sitework through turnover
- Coordinate and supervise all onsite subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
- Drive 3-week lookahead schedules, daily logs, and manpower tracking
- Ensure sequencing and coordination across trades, including structure, façade/envelope, MEPs, and finishes
Schedule & Production Management
- Maintain and enforce the project schedule (36-month duration) in coordination with Project Management
- Identify and proactively mitigate schedule risks or delays
- Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and internal field huddles
Quality Control
- Enforce company quality standards across all phases of construction
- Coordinate inspections, punchlists, and turnover procedures
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and local building codes
Safety & Compliance
- Champion a zero-incident safety culture on site
- Enforce OSHA standards and company safety protocols
- Participate in safety meetings, audits, and reporting
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and ownership teams
- Interface with local municipalities, inspectors, and third-party consultants
- Support owner/client walkthroughs and progress reporting
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of construction experience, with at least 5+ years as a Project Manager on ground-up commercial, industrial, or multifamily projects for a Developer or GC
- Experience with YARDI strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of full building lifecycle including sitework, structure, building envelope, and interiors
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tenant vs landlord contracts
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously on ground up and TI projects (up to $10-20M+)
- North Jersey / NYC market experience
- OSHA 30 certification
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000
