Job Description

• Running multiple projects from start to finish
• Working with owners to facilitate general construction planning
• Taking initiative on all projects from conception to completion
• Estimating, project management, bidding
• Preparing budgets and schedules
• Proactively driving solutions

What's on Offer

• Salary of $115,000 to $140,000 depending on experience
• Annual bonuses between 10%-20%
