Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project schedules, quality, and resource use.
  • Report project updates to internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with utility policies and construction standards.
  • Develop operational and financial reports, support monthly performance tracking.
  • Work closely with estimating teams using historical data for future bids.
  • Lead project meetings, coordinate with field supervisors for accurate inputs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in utility or civil construction project management.
  • Experience with project budgeting, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Business, or similar (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and financial analysis.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license; up to 30% travel.
