Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project schedules, quality, and resource use.
- Report project updates to internal teams and clients.
- Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with utility policies and construction standards.
- Develop operational and financial reports, support monthly performance tracking.
- Work closely with estimating teams using historical data for future bids.
- Lead project meetings, coordinate with field supervisors for accurate inputs.
Requirements
- 5+ years in utility or civil construction project management.
- Experience with project budgeting, reporting, and scheduling.
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Business, or similar (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license; up to 30% travel.
