About the role
This position serves as a key client contact tasked with building and maintaining client relations with both internal and external clients coupled with the development of new Construction Services clients. The focus is on identifying opportunities, planning, coordinating, monitoring, and managing construction related support activities for multi-discipline power design projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key client contact tasked with building and maintaining client relations with both internal and external clients coupled with the development of new Construction Services clients.
- Work with marketing for proposal development and opportunity tracking.
- Oversee contract and MSA negotiations, conduct resource recruitment, and provide invoice approval and budget development for multiple projects concurrently.
- Serve as the key client contact and project manager on larger projects involving multiple services and personnel and will make decisions on staffing levels, field resources, and coordination of external resources to properly execute project goals.
- Lead business development in the area as it relates to Construction Services developing and maintaining annual goals.
- Develop and lead the QA/QC process on a project specific basis as well as maintain project document control.
- Will assist or lead projects as a client lead and/or project manager.
- Support the development of new and existing clients throughout the United States.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in various aspects of construction planning and management, including field engineering, construction submittals, estimating, scheduling, and site safety.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam, etc.
Qualifications

Skills
- Construction or design certifications.
- Experience with estimating software (Timberline).
- Experience with scheduling software (Primavera P6 or SureTrak).
- Experience with project management software (Prolog).
