What You’ll Do
- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Develop, maintain, and actively manage project schedules
- Cookordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field operations
- Manage project budgets, procurement, and cost tracking
- Review construction documents, drawings, and project specifications
- Identify constructability issues and resolve problems proactively
- Cookordinate permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance
- Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Maintain communication with clients, consultants, field teams, and company leadership
- Conduct site visits to verify quality, progress, and schedule alignment
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget
- Prepare project reports, updates, and closeout documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret full construction drawing sets and specifications
- Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Strong scheduling, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience working with subcontractors and field teams
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable operating in both office and field environments
