Construction Project Executive- Commercial & Distribution Market

Responsibilities

• Facilitates Customer and Team’s meetings and ensures that detailed meeting minutes and actions items registers are updated and promptly distributed.
• Holds project start-up meetings when required and with the appropriate team members.
• Schedules and tracks project action items to support project requirements.
• Reviews submittals, prepares status reports, closes out documents, and maintains maintenance manuals.
• Visits project sites regularly.

Qualifications

• Has a minimum of seven consecutive years total profit and loss accountability on multiple projects.
• Manages all disciplines of design/build projects or hard bid projects as required for the market this position serves.
• Manages all components of process or production equipment procurement or installation or both.
• Develops aggressive schedules for projects with variables such as project type(s), areas, and seasonal start dates.
• Prepares cost estimates for design/build projects in the industrial arena.
