About the role

The ideal candidate will lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline. They will also manage team members, oversee quality control, and collaborate with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from concept to completion
• Manage project teams and ensure project success
• Oversee quality control and compliance with project specifications
• Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to resolve issues and meet project goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction project management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license (P.E.) preferred
• Experience with project budgeting and cost control
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations

Pay

$75,000 - $90,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
