About the role
The Project Engineer is responsible for designing, supervising, and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with clients, overseeing team members, and ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans and specifications
- Oversee the implementation of projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Supervise and train team members
- Conduct regular progress meetings with clients and team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project)
- Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Passion for quality engineering and client satisfaction

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually
