Essential Functions Of The Position

  • Captures project activities and tracks materials
  • Oversees and monitors production in conjunction with Foreman and Superintendent
  • Updates project schedules and assists with job meetings
  • Reviews submittals, prepares contract documents, and maintains contract files
  • Drafts purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders
  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of timecard processing
  • SUBMITTED SUBCONTRACTOR INVOICES AND REQUESTS FOR PAYMENT

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, HCSS, and scheduling software
  • Valid CA driver license
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, team player, and attention to detail
