Responsibilities
- Aid in managing construction projects from conception to completion.
- Evaluate projects thoroughly to estimate costs and schedule deliverables.
- Serve as a liaison between project superintendent and subcontractors.
- Develop detailed schedules and project supplemental instructions.
- Prepare internal and external job status reports.
- Manage project expectations and professional accountability.
- Provide comprehensive project management, including submittals, RFIs, proposals, meeting minutes, agendas, and correspondence.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of Construction-related internships or construction job experience.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of building techniques, regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity or willingness to learn construction management software (Autodesk/Plangrid, Primavera P-6).
- Project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to learn in a hands-on environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
