Construction - Production - Final Finish

About the role

Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work in a fast-moving and consistent manner.

Responsibilities

• Performs all manual labor in the assigned area
• Keeps area neat and clean
• Reads and uses a tape measure
• Reads blueprints and orders
• Communicates well with coworkers
• Uses hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired but not required
