What You Will Do
- Drill, sand, and paint different parts using hand tools as well as power tools
- Follow manufacturing instructions and specifications to understand what work is required for particular pieces
- Able to read, calculate, measure and mix ingredients, document and follow written work instructions and procedures
- Clean products using solvents and cloths and empty out personal hazardous waste containers into the appropriate larger hazardous waste receptacle
- Electrical testing of finished goods
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines and tools
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a HS Diploma or equivalent. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Have experience reading blueprints, rulers, and specification sheets
- Have experience drilling, sanding, painting, and soldering
- Be willing to be trained to wear a respirator and work with chemicals
- Be able to wear appropriate PPE as required
