Responsibilities
- Entering and maintaining accurate field employee time records
- Processing high-volume payroll-related data
- Serving as a point of contact for weekly payroll activities for union and non-union craft employees
- Supporting Prevailing Wage/Davis-Bacon administration by reviewing labor classifications and pay requirements
- Reviewing weekly payroll edit listings and control reports for accuracy
- Reconciling payroll and workforce data
- Maintaining equipment job cost information
- Maintaining project payroll documentation and supporting year-end audits
- Managing the Daily inbox and responding to payroll-related requests
- Assisting with project setup and maintenance
- Handling Davis-Bacon/Prevailing Wage project setup
- Entering and tracking Purchase Orders
- Setting up and managing subcontractors and budget change orders
- Supporting accounts receivable and field reporting
- Managing project documentation and billing support
- Supporting labor compliance and general project administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Driver’s License
- 2+ years of payroll, timekeeping, workforce administration, or related administrative experience
- Union and non-union payroll experience
- Prevailing Wage / Davis-Bacon experience
- Exceptional attention to detail with high-volume data entry
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to build strong working relationships with field personnel and project teams
- High level of accuracy and accountability

Pay
