Construction Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee project controls, construction administration, and operational processes across multiple active projects
• Manage project documentation, contracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs, permits, and closeout activities
• Develop and maintain project tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all project records and documentation
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce project risk
• Monitor project milestones and support project teams in achieving schedule objectives

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Required: 7+ years of experience in construction operations, construction management, project management, project controls, or construction administration
• Required: Strong understanding of multifamily, hospitality, or mixed-use construction projects
• Required: Experience managing contracts, project documentation, and construction workflows
• Required: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Preferred: Procore administration experience
• Preferred: Experience building operational systems and processes
• Preferred: Knowledge of construction financial controls and project reporting
• Preferred: Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

$95,000 - $115,000 per year
