About the role

CableCom is seeking a full-time Office Coordinator to support Project Coordinators and Departmental Supervisors in ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Commercial Construction supervisors and Project Coordinators
  • Review Estimates, Design, As-Builts, and financial submittals for accuracy
  • Revise estimates based on input from customer financial representatives and field conditions to ensure financial submittals are accurate and approved
  • Perform data entry as needed
  • Work with proprietary software applications to process change orders, estimates, close funding, and assist with material reconciliation
  • Maintain Purchase Order use and address aged issues to ensure visibility and resolution for departmental supervisors and coordinators
  • Cook up and submit reports as directed by Supervisor(s)
  • Willingness to train if necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office experience, including Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including daily overtime and some weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for 2-4 hours, walk for 2-4 hours, climb for 0-2 hours, bend/twist for 0-2 hours, perform repetitive motion for 2-6 hours, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Skills

  • Construction experience preferred

Pay

The wage range for Construction Office Coordinator is $21.00 - $25.00.
