About the role
CableCom is seeking a full-time Office Coordinator to support Project Coordinators and Departmental Supervisors in ensuring successful project delivery.Responsibilities
- Work directly with Commercial Construction supervisors and Project Coordinators
- Review Estimates, Design, As-Builts, and financial submittals for accuracy
- Revise estimates based on input from customer financial representatives and field conditions to ensure financial submittals are accurate and approved
- Perform data entry as needed
- Work with proprietary software applications to process change orders, estimates, close funding, and assist with material reconciliation
- Maintain Purchase Order use and address aged issues to ensure visibility and resolution for departmental supervisors and coordinators
- Cook up and submit reports as directed by Supervisor(s)
- Willingness to train if necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office experience, including Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work flexible shifts, including daily overtime and some weekends
- Physical ability to stand for 2-4 hours, walk for 2-4 hours, climb for 0-2 hours, bend/twist for 0-2 hours, perform repetitive motion for 2-6 hours, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
