About the role

The role involves monitoring construction projects to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain records of all construction activities and document observations.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to project managers and clients.
  • Respond to emergencies and assist in crisis management as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction observation or similar field.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

  • Knowledge of OSHA and other construction safety standards.
  • Experience with construction documentation and record-keeping.
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices.
