Construction Materials Testing Technician, Level I

Essential Tasks

• Aid in sampling or conducting tests on various construction materials as directed.
• Support field and/or laboratory personnel as needed to complete tasks.
• Transport equipment, samples, or documents to field personnel, laboratories, clients, or other offices, and provide physical assistance in setting up equipment.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Assist other technicians or professional staff on routine tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary.
• Ability to lift between 10 and 60 pounds.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass drug and background checks.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.
