Construction Materials Testing Intern

Responsibilities

• Work alongside field and laboratory technicians in the performance of construction materials field and lab testing and construction observation.
• Assist geotechnical engineers and project managers with any other aspects of field operations needed.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Civil Engineering, Geology, or Construction-related degree or certificate program
• Strong communication skills
• Able to perform a wide range of physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds of equipment on occasion
• Valid driver's license and good driving record is required

Requirements

• Must live within commuting distance of the Wenatchee or Redmond, WA office (no housing assistance provided)
• OPT or CPT status is acceptable for the internship
• Note: a full-time position will not be available following the internship if future visa sponsorship is required
