Responsibilities
- Oversight of cross functional coordination among disciplines (design, décor, equipment, construction, facilities) to shepherd projects through completion successfully.
- Prioritize and successfully address requests in a timely manner with a high level of service.
- Clear and concise communication with Operations and field support teams to ensure quality install every time.
- Sets a service mindset, with ability to find alignment amongst stakeholders in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Collaborates with others to achieve objectives and ensure information flow.
- Effectively presents information and responds to questions, in both one on one and group settings.
Requirements
- Experience in project management in construction and contracts management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in an industry role.
Qualifications
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
- Experience in retail grocery and/or food service operations, equipment and merchandising.
- General understanding of facilities infrastructure, as impacted by store level production equipment.
- Advanced ability to plan, estimate, organize, and monitor projects.
- Awareness of regulatory requirements which must be considered in coordination of equipment and projects in operating stores.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Experience planning budgets and tracking expenses, and performing equipment life-cycle cost analyses.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers, service providers, and contractors in a diverse environment with a focus on customer service.
- Self-directed and ability to solve problems.
- Strong work ethic and high standard of service.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, web-based applications and ability to learn custom applications.
- Strong knowledge of Whole Foods Market brand integrity.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
