Construction Manager - Telecommunications

The Role We're looking for a Construction Manager I to support coordination and execution of construction projects, working closely with Field Supervisors, crews, and Project Managers. This is the entry point into Construction Management — perfect for someone ready to develop project coordination, planning, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned projects to understand scope, timelines, and requirements
• Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of field operations
• Provide direction and support to Field Supervisors and crews
• Maintain project tracking systems and ensure accurate reporting
• Communicate field updates, risks, and constraints to Project Managers
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and PPE requirements

Requirements

• 3-5 years of telecom or construction experience
• Prior experience in a field leadership role required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read construction prints and use tools like Google Earth
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with Fieldwire or similar project management tools preferred
• Understanding of UG and aerial equipment, tools, trucks, and drills
• Valid driver's license required; OSHA certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather

Benefits

Pay & Benefits: $75,000-$85,000 per year
