Construction Field Manager (Telecom)

About the role

Triad Associates Inc., a division of Concordia Group, is seeking a Construction Field Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves significant travel across Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Iowa, supporting multiple construction crews and sites.

Responsibilities

• Involved in daily activities in the field with no hesitation doing partial labor work
• Aid with site walks and field walks
• Travel around the Midwest to support multiple construction crews/sites
• Support and help Foremen, Technicians, and/or Subcontractors
• Communicate with clients on current and pending job statuses
• Request quotes and order materials from various vendors
• Attend conference calls and participate in project meetings
• Create daily and weekly schedules to support the management team
• Coordinate final inspections of jobs as required
• Request COIs and surety bonds for permits and business licenses
• Arrange for construction testing and engineering services if necessary
• Climb ladders over 30 feet on rooftops, water tanks, and buildings using a safety harness
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly job site
• Monitor and assist with field productivity, cost control, and scheduling
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience managing and/or supporting tower construction crews and/or subcontractors
• Willingness to work alongside crews and get hands dirty
• Experience as an Experienced Foreman encouraged
• Able to travel 90% of the time for projects (Midwest region including IL, MI, WI, IN, IA)
• Ability to climb ladders and assist with construction equipment
• Able to lift 50 lbs. of equipment/materials
• Able to work some weekends during deadlines

Pay

The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually, with factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level impacting the pay.
