Construction Manager - Program Assistant

Daily Responsibilities

• Provide construction management support for the Surgical and Clinical Tower – Phase A1 and A2 Project.
• Perform constructability reviews.
• Monitor and inspect construction for compliance with contract requirements.
• Support timely reviews by all stakeholders.
• Manage submittal process for General Contractor.
• Ensure proper documentation and submission of project-related data.
• Organize and attend design/production meetings.
• Distribute meeting minutes to all project stakeholders.
• Facilitate team communication and provide administrative support as needed.
• Work independently and with limited supervision.
• Utilize various software programs for monitoring and producing work products.

Required Qualifications

• Equivalent of a GED or degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administration capacity on a construction project.
• Experience recognizing and supporting CM staff with required documentation and project-related data.
• Working knowledge of major construction activity and typical documentation and reporting requirements.
• Ability to utilize a variety of software programs for monitoring and producing work products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing VA projects as a CMa.
• Experience managing Medical projects as a CMa.
