Daily Responsibilities
- Provide construction management support for the Surgical and Clinical Tower – Phase A1 and A2 Project.
- Perform constructability reviews.
- Monitor and inspect construction for compliance with contract requirements.
- Support timely reviews by all stakeholders.
- Manage submittal process for General Contractor.
- Ensure proper documentation and submission of project-related data.
- Attend and distribute meeting minutes to all project stakeholders.
- Facilitate team communication and provide administrative support as needed.
- Work independently and with limited supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Equivalent of a GED or degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administration capacity on a construction project.
- Experience recognizing terminology associated with administration of construction activity.
- Knowledge of major construction activity and typical documentation and reporting requirements.
- Ability to utilize various software programs for monitoring, updating, and producing work products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing VA projects as a CMa.
- Experience managing Medical projects as a CMa.
