Construction Manager III (2806)

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Affiliate with the Construction Group to oversee capital projects from initiation to closeout.
• Engage in project teams to define project scope, estimate costs, and develop schedules.
• Attend site field and scope visits and assist in developing detailed construction plans.
• Identify and address safety hazards and environmental concerns during the construction phase.
• Monitor and report on project construction schedule and cost.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and monitor contractor adherence to company procedures.
• Oversee construction contracts and as-built documentation.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities)

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• More than five (5) years of experience in electric utility transmission and distribution, construction, manufacturing, or similar industries.
• Superior interpersonal, leadership, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of products, especially MS Word and MS Excel.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods.
• Must have sufficient vision and hearing or other communication capabilities.
• Must have manual dexterity and personal mobility.
• Must have reflexes suitable for office duties and travel.
