CONSTRUCTION MANAGER II – DAS / INBUILDING

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day installation work at customer locations / job sites to ensure completion of assigned tasks safely and to CTS standards of quality and professionalism.
• Manage subcontractors/vendors who must meet or exceed CTS standards for safety and quality.
• Conduct site surveys and scope and quote projects.
• Create and track project schedules, communicating daily progress to customers and senior management.
• Read blueprints, Visio & iBwave drawings, and determine BoM and ordering of project materials.
• Have hands-on experience with fiber optics construction, splicing, OTDR, spectrum analyzer (Anritsu), signal generator, and related test equipment.
• Conduct PIM/RL sweep testing and manage test results.
• Manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously.

Requirements

• Experience installing and managing Distributed Antenna System (DAS) and Public Safety installations builds.
• Thorough understanding of Fiber Optics construction, Splicing, and OTDR.
• Hands-on experience with PIM / RL Sweep testing, including knowledge to read sweeps and manage test results.
• Experience managing multiple projects and crews simultaneously.

Pay

Salary range: $100,000 - $115,000 commensurate with experience.
