Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop project execution plans, including scheduling, staffing, resource allocation, and construction strategies.
- Lead and oversee project teams, including field staff, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and support personnel.
- Cook up procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources.
- Direct field operations and provide guidance on project plans, specifications, and construction requirements.
- Monitor project performance, including schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
- Prepare and communicate project status updates, including progress, cost, and resource reports.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, environmental, and safety regulations.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment while supporting the development and success of project teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve construction processes, efficiency, and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of construction management experience.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced project environment.
Pay
Compensation Range: $130,962.60 - $149,671.54
