Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily operations of construction and restoration projects
• Management of construction teams, subcontractors, and superintendents
• Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Maintaining quality control and ensuring all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope requirements
• Cross-functional coordination with customers, insurance adjusters, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Preparation and maintenance of accurate project documentation including photos, contracts, estimates, and change orders
• Utilization of Xactimate and other estimating tools as needed for project estimating and job management
• Conducting end-of-day and end-of-job debriefs with project teams
• Maintaining a safe and organized jobsite environment
• Resolution of project issues quickly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• Previous construction management experience required
• Restoration and reconstruction experience preferred
• Experience working with insurance companies, adjusters, and claims processes preferred
• Working knowledge of Xactimate estimating software preferred
• PMP certification is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to walk, stand, climb ladders, and work at varying heights for extended periods of time
• Exposure to extreme temperatures and outdoor working conditions
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
