Construction Manager

Job Summary

SAK Construction has an immediate opportunity for a Construction Manager in the Atlantic Area, based in Baltimore, MD. Project locations will primarily be in Prince George and Montgomery County, MD.

Responsibilities

- Improve the quality of sewer and water and assist in rebuilding America’s underground infrastructure – truly make a difference in people’s lives. - Plan, direct and coordinate all aspects of sewer and water construction projects, including excavation, site access, erosion control, bypass pumping, and trenchless rehabilitation activities. - Work with Project Managers, subcontractors and field crews to complete projects safely and efficiently.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in a field Superintendent, Foreman, project engineer, field engineer or project coordinator role in the construction industry. - Experience working in civil and/or underground construction. - Travel required based on operational needs.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

$80,000 up to $130,000
