Construction Manager

About the role

We’re a licensed general contractor expanding our construction management capability to lead facility improvement projects. This role is hands-on and people-focused — you’ll hire, develop, and lead a year-round project team while coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead a year-round project team
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget
• Partner closely with our leadership team to ensure smooth execution with minimal disruption to operations
• Manage both employees and contractors
• Lead facility improvement projects including building out new studios, replacing pool equipment, and creating large-scale seasonal displays
