What You'll Do
- Project Management: Lead and manage telecommunication construction projects from inception to completion.
- Career Development: Coordinate with Project Management team to execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of project teams, including engineers, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project specifications and design plans.
- Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Prepare and present regular project status reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and risk assessments.
- Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce project costs without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunication construction management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure, including fiber optics, wireless networks, and cable systems.
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- In-depth understanding of construction safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
