Excellent writing skills a must, with well-developed skills for performing legal research, analyzing complex legal issues, preparing legal memoranda and assisting with drafting of pleadings, briefs, affidavits and other legal filings as well as discovery demands. Candidate will be expected to maintain client relationships and must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior appearances at court conferences and hearings. Requirements Significant NY Supreme Court Experience Construction Law Contract Negotiations Submission of writing sample will be required. 1900 Salary $150000-200,000 based on experience. Job Requirement 7+ Years Experience in construction. Litigation experience a must In office position 5 days a week. Able to handle cases from start to finish with little over sight.
