Construction (Litigation) Associate - Remote (California)
About the role
Clark Hill PLC is seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience for its Construction Business Unit in Southern California. Location is flexible, but all candidates must be licensed in and local to California.
Responsibilities
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
- Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A willingness to learn new areas of law
Requirements
- Familiarity with construction litigation is preferred but not required
- Strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school
- Currently licensed to practice law in California

Pay
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $160,000 - $175,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
