What We Offer

- 40-hour work week with overtime (paid at 1.5x)
- Total compensation range: $70,000 - $120,000 per year
- Hourly pay rate: $25 - $31 per hour + bonus potential

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in construction, bathroom remodeling preferred
- Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing required
- Comfortable lifting 40+ lbs. consistently
- Ability to interact professionally with customers
- Proficient in using technology such as iPad to document installation progress
- Ability to manage a job from start to finish including supervising an Apprentice Installer
- Must be able to pass a DMV check for insurance purposes
