Construction Lead - Bath/Shower Installer

Pay

• Hourly pay rate: $23–$28/hr (must be able to install acrylic systems in 1 day at $28.00/hr)
• Monthly bonus based on quality of installations
• Overtime paid at 1.5x
• Total compensation: $80,000–$200,000 per year

Schedule

• 40-hour work week with plenty of overtime
• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday + overtime

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath/shower systems in 1 day
• Perform carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing, and plumbing
• Manage jobs from start to finish, including supervising an Apprentice Installer
• Document installation progress using an iPad
• Interact professionally with customers

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in construction or bathroom remodeling
• Acrylic installation experience required
• Experience with commercial, high-rise, and multi-unit remodeling preferred
• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs consistently
• Ability to pass a DMV check for insurance purposes
• Proficient in using technology such as iPads
