Construction Lead - Bath/Shower Installer

About the role

We are hiring Construction Leads for bath and shower installation. This role involves managing installations from start to finish, including supervising an Apprentice Installer, and ensuring high-quality work that meets customer expectations.

Pay

Total compensation ranges from $80,000 to $200,000 per year. The hourly pay rate is $30–$35 per hour, with bonus potential. Lead Installers qualify for a bi-weekly bonus based on the quality of installations. The $35.00 hourly rate applies to those who can install acrylic systems in one day.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek and plenty of overtime (paid at 1.5x), typically totaling 55–60 hours per week. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems efficiently (1-day installations for $35/hr rate).
• Manage jobs from start to finish, including supervising an Apprentice Installer.
• Perform carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing, or plumbing as required.
• Interact professionally with customers and document installation progress using an iPad.
• Maintain a high standard of quality to qualify for bi-weekly bonuses.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in construction, with bathroom remodeling preferred.
• Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing, or plumbing.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently.
• Proficiency in using technology such as an iPad for documentation.
• Must pass a DMV check for insurance purposes.
