What’s the Job?
Manage procurement and coordination of fiber, phones, AV systems, furniture, and related construction installations.
Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards.
Review operations, collaborate with technical and administrative teams, and resolve production or processing challenges.
Develop and maintain project tracking, quality control processes, and reports to identify and address potential issues.
Monitor installation activities, contractor performance, and project execution to ensure successful delivery.
What’s Needed?
- 5-7 years of experience in construction management, low voltage installations, or related infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing projects within data centers or mission-critical environments is required.
- Strong project management, contract management, and schedule analysis skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, quality control procedures, blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
