About the Role
This is a hands-on outdoor position installing and servicing flagpoles across the country. The role requires travel, physical work, and a strong work ethic. Consistent overtime is available while traveling, which significantly increases earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Install and service commercial and residential flagpoles
- Travel regularly (rotating between road work and local jobs)
- Drive pickup trucks and tow trailers safely
- Read and follow job specs, drawings, and instructions
- Work directly with customers on-site in a professional manner
- Assist in the warehouse with staging, loading, and prep when needed
Requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel (required)
- Experience driving trucks and towing trailers
- Mechanically inclined (construction or trade background preferred)
- Strong work ethic – this is physical, hands-on work
- Ability to read basic drawings and follow instructions
- Professional attitude with customers and team
Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain a Chauffeur’s License
- Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Must be able to obtain OSHA 30 Certification (company will assist if not already obtained)
