What You’ll Do
- Perform work across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, masonry, mechanical systems, and HVAC
- Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and components
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other trades
- Adapt to varying jobsite conditions and project requirements
- Travel to job sites and remain on location as required
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams and personalities
What We’re Looking For
- General knowledge or experience in multiple construction trades preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Willingness and ability to travel for work assignments
