Tectonic seeks professional services and construction service providers. Firms providing products or other services are not required to be prequalified.

Responsibilities

• Complete the questionnaire thoroughly and submit all requested information.
• Use supplemental information sheets for additional details that don't fit on the form.
• Clearly indicate the reference section of the supplemental information sheet.
• Ensure all contracts are completed and terminated issues are addressed.
• Upload certificates verifying the status as per the requirements.
• Provide evidence of criminal background checks and any relevant charges.
• Include insurance coverage details and confirm willingness to purchase additional coverage.
• Document health and safety programs, including written policies, plans, inspections, investigations, and training.
• Detail safety measures such as training, equipment, and compliance with OSHA standards.
