About the role
We are seeking a Construction Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review plans and specifications for accuracy and adherence to standards
- Assess structural integrity and safety of buildings and infrastructure
- Document findings and provide recommendations for corrective actions
- Communicate findings and recommendations to project managers and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction inspection
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to travel to various construction sites as needed
Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Experience with building information modeling (BIM)
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
