Responsibilities
- Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Review plans and specifications for adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
- Issue permits and make recommendations for improvements based on inspection findings.
- Document all inspections and report findings to relevant authorities.
- Provide guidance and training to contractors and other stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction inspection.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Proficient in using construction inspection software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The typical work schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
