Construction Foreman

This Construction Foreman position is based in Ellendale, ND, and includes project-specific allowances.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of manager, superintendent, and/or technician as needed
• Establish daily production goals based on the overall project plan
• Manage and assist a crew of 4–8 staff on all daily work activities
• Interface with the general contractor, other trades, vendors, and the home office
• Conduct weekly toolbox talks
• Generate and manage daily and weekly work reports
• Other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supervising a construction crew
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role with a focus on crew management
• Construction project experience preferred
• OSHA-10 certification required; OSHA-30 preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with a clear driving record
• Ability to read blueprints and navigate site/building names
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test
• Able to work up to 50 hours per week (1st shift with possible 2nd shift)
• Able to lift at least 30 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
• Willingness to travel
