Construction Foreman
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise construction crews and subcontractors on active job sites
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate execution of work
- Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and monitor crew productivity
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Cookordination with project managers, inspectors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules
- Monitor materials, tools, and equipment and coordinate ordering as needed
- Train and mentor crew members while promoting accountability and teamwork
- Ensure quality control and proactively address field issues or delays
- Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, and overall operational efficiency
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical school or trade certification preferred
- Proven experience in construction with leadership or foreman-level responsibilities
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Preferred qualifications: Experience in commercial construction environments, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification, Bilingual in English and Spanish, 5-6 years of experience on commercial construction
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
- Ability to work on uneven terrain and active construction sites
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and precipitation
Salaried Compensation
$75,000 – $90,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and market conditions

Work Environment
This role is performed primarily on active construction job sites with exposure to weather, noise, dust, and heavy equipment. Work hours may include extended shifts, weekends, and varying schedules depending on project timelines.
