Construction Field Crew

Essential Duties And Major Responsibilities

• Complete project work with a high level of care and quality.
• Project work includes but is not limited to installation of hardscape, planting material, outdoor lighting, water features, digging trenches, sprinkler systems, grading, backfilling holes, and snow removal.
• May require the building or taking apart bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures and more.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders and other tools as directed by management.
• Clean and prepare construction sites as needed and remove and properly dispose of debris and waste materials.
• Ensure the safety of the crew and public as work is being done.
• Adjust to changes in the plan and schedule as necessary.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles.
• Attend training classes and seminars as requested by managers.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Auxiliary duties as assigned.

Education

High school or equivalent preferred.

Experience

1 year of construction experience preferred.

Specialized Skills

• Must have transportation to multiple jobsites.
• Must be self-motivated, possess strong leadership skills, and be detail oriented and quality driven.
• Must be professional in appearance and actions.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Hours

Hours vary and are dependent on business needs. Weekends may be needed to satisfy the work load.
