This is a leadership role, not a property management position. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing facilities operations across multiple locations, managing teams, driving service performance, and ensuring consistent execution across a large geographic footprint. We are seeking an experienced Construction Facilities Management professional for a direct hire opportunity in Long Beach, CA. This role is ideal for a facilities operations leader who has successfully managed service delivery, vendor performance, work order execution, and customer support across multiple sites, regions, or states. Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations and service delivery across multiple locations and geographic regions.
• Manage coordinators, dispatchers, service teams, technicians, vendors, contractors, and facilities support personnel.
• Oversee work order management, response times, service quality, escalation resolution, and operational reporting.
• Monitor and improve service performance metrics, SLAs, KPIs, workflow efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor performance to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality facilities support.
• Drive process improvements, team accountability, and consistent execution across a multi-site facilities portfolio.

Pay

Salary range: $95,000 to $110,000 per year.
